We all had a wonderful time at the 43^rd Annual Christmas Social. Dan Abraham did an exceptional job coordinating all the activities and working with the restaurant on the meals. The food and service were excellent which along with the great roasting speeches and jokes made for an evening to remember. George Hast’s advanced preparation with his team of Roasters paid off in some very funny roasting of our past president, Joe Mewhiney. The Roasters deserve a lot of credit for a job well done – they roasted poor Joe until he was well done. Joe got the last laugh though with some tough final jabs at the Roasters in his attempt to redeem himself in front of his wife, fellow Toastmasters, and guests. And lastly, Don Macintyre did a great job hosting the 13^th Annual Lew Chase Joke Contest during the final segment of the night – everyone enjoyed some really good laughs.

• As always we meet at the Regency Suites on Southbridge Street in Worcester every Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Come and join us for a fun time!

• Remember to notify the Toastmaster of the evening well in advance if you are unable to perform a scheduled role. Be a responsible Toastmaster!
