We had a full night of speeches based on the theme: Winter Adventures. After every speech the speaker was given a gift from Terry Londergan and allowed to swap it with a gift that was already given to a previous speaker. It was a lot of fun!!!

"Winter Adventures Only I Can Enjoy" |
Your vacation is in your mind. If you love your job you don’t have to go away. Dan benefits from those of us who do take a vacation – he makes $$ off those who want to look good just prior to going on vacation. |

" How I Killed My Wife On A Cold Winters Night" |
Dave’s cross country skiing experience in North Conway, N.H. which turned into a tobogganing adventure. Dave jumped off and his wife stayed on. Guess who went through the stone wall. |
"Last Minute Vacation" |
Fred’s 1st time on a plane – travels to Aruba for a 4 day very last minute vacation. He almost cancelled out but made the decision to go and had quite a surprise to find himself at a resort on a "topless" beach. |
"Trip to Madigras in Texas" |
George and his family participated in Madigras and learned quite an extensive history about Galveston, Texas. He explained to us how they celebrate this most infamous ritual. |
" The Storm Of The Century" |
Joe humorously explains how we as consumers handle a large snow storm step by step. Step 1 – shop for items we have no use for naturally. Step 2 – prepare the equipment. Step 3 – read. Step 4 – shovel. Step 5 – fighting with the uneducated snow plow driver. It pays to plan! |
"The Coldest Day In History" |
You think it’s cold here – try Chicago! 18 years ago Paul experienced the coldest day of the year in Chicago while attending college there. Was it the coldest day or the return of the Ice Age! |
"Western Ski Trip" |
Al’s 1st experience cross country skiing was very challenging. The biggest issue was getting the skis on and off. At first he even had to cross the road with his skis on because he couldn’t get them off. It’s not as easy as you’d think! |
"The Summit" |
Ralph’s 1st downhill skiing experience at Mt Wachusett - all about his challenge getting on and off the lift. Also he went to the top without knowing how to ski and had to ski/fall his way down the mountain. Lesson learned – start on the bunny hill. |
"A Whole Lot Of Nothin" |
All about a cross country drive. Bob takes us on a trip with him and helps us visualize the beautiful scenery along the way. |
