Stan’s 3^rd CTM speech was about how to build a strong web presence in 3 easy steps. 1. Determine what you are trying to accomplish. 2. Design the site (home page is the entry door). 3. Promote the site both offline and online.

SPECIAL NOTES:

The next District Conference will be held on May 5^th and 6^th. More details are in your yellow District 31 Newsletter.

The use of e-mail is paying off - 26 members now receive the weekly news bulletin via e-mail. Our current stamp savings is $9.00 per week which will easily cover the costs of our new web site.

A reminder to please buy a meal and/or drink at the meetings to help our club maintain the room availability.

Please make every effort to notify the Toastmaster of the evening well in advance if you are unable to fulfill your assigned role – it’s common courtesy and a sign of a Competent Toastmaster.

Notice to all Club Officers, please have a speech ready at all times so we can replace any no shows. This is a good practice for all Toastmasters as well.
