A Successful Club Series speech. Joe spoke about effective techniques to help you deal with anxiety when speaking in public. His focus was on Experience, Mental Rehearsal, and Relaxation Techniques.

A CTM #3 speech. Bill gave us some key readings from the Separation of Church and State Statute and many interesting quotes relating to how society has gone downhill in recent years because of this separation.
Wayne DuPont	"Life As A Lefty"	Al Wheeler
A non-manual impromptu speech. Wayne gave a talk on what it was like growing up as a lefty, in a righty world, and how he was victimized by society (tongue-in-cheek). He made a pitch on why lefties need a political action committee.
Dan Abraham	"Easier Than You Think"	Bill Dussault
A non-manual speech. Dan spoke about Toastmaster roles & responsibilities for Club Officers. Prepare for leadership by taking the initiative to be a Club Officer. It’s valuable experience that can be applied in many facets of your life.

We can use some help gathering information on our Club History to add to our new web site. If you’re interested or have some ideas on what to include please contact Wayne DuPont or Stan Birdwell.
The 1^st summer cookout is being planned for June 28^th @ Judy Safern's house. There will be cookouts also in July, August, and maybe September. These are a lot of fun and cost $5 each for the food.
A reminder to please buy a meal and/or drink at the meetings to help our club maintain the room availability.
Please make every effort to notify the Toastmaster of the evening well in advance if you are unable to fulfill your assigned role – it’s common courtesy and a sign of a Competent Toastmaster.
Notice to all Club Officers, please have a speech ready at all times so we can replace any no shows. This is a good practice for all Toastmasters as well – BE PREPARED!

As always we meet at the Regency Suites on Southbridge Street in Worcester every Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 PM
