Past presidents’ (Officer Joe's) advisory:
1. Meeting started slow, but got back on schedule during second half.
2. The word of the evening was not announced.
3. Reports for first half not properly done; second half went better.
4. Topicsmaster should use short "lead-ins" to allow time for more impromptu speakers.
5. Many time limit over-runs.
