Past presidents’ (Officer Dan's) advisory:
Over all it was a good meeting.
1. Long introductions reduce the number of impromptu speakers; keep intros to topics short....
2. Minimize lectern control "exchange" traffic.
3. Evaluators should not over-praise. The point of evaluation is to provide feedback on how to improve as a speaker.
4. A function of the General Evaluator is to catch what the primary evaluators miss.
5. Don't exceed the time limit.
