We are forming a "Speakers Bureau" for members who are interested in speaking outside the club. Contact George Hast for more information. The Toastmaster of the evening and the Sergeant of Arms are responsible for arranging the tables suitably for the meeting.

Therese encouraged everyone to pursue and achieve their dreams by taking responsibility for their success, taking action to
achieve their goals, and copy the activities of others who have successfully accomplished similar dreams or goals.
Lisa Houston "The Gift of a Lifetime" n/a
Lisa related her experience with bone marrow donation and how it improved her life. Lisa called on the audience to also be donors and get information on how to at 1-800-MARROW2.
Pamela Carter  "The Invisibility of Privilege" n/a
Pamela informed the audience on the currency of prejudice in the United States of America. She explained how prejudicial attitudes are carried out and perpetuated by the media. The KKK meets regularly in Massachusetts. Pamela called on everyone to take personal positive action to correct or strengthen non-prejudicial behavior and communication.
Terry Londergan "The Day My Husband Died" n/a
Terry related the situation and experience of her family and self during a near death event of her husband, Bill. Terry talked about the behavior and emotions of family members at the time.
David Sansasso "Out Damn Spot" n/a
David related his experience with the lung disease, sarco edosis. Though it sounded like his doctor basically advised him to go quietly, David chose to get involved in vigorous physical activities including marathon running. David expressed that our biggest challenge is the voice inside. The person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are.
