The membership roster needs to be updated and made available to all members.

Election of Club Officers will take place May 30, 2001. Please plan to attend. Nominations may be made from the floor at the time of the election.

Past presidents' advisory ( Wayne Dupont ):
1. An updated roster will help with running an orderly meeting.
2. Evaluators should provide meaningful tips and advice for speakers.
3. A smaller meeting crowd allows more speaking time, so make good use of the opportunity!

Members who are interested in speaking outside the club, please contact George Hast for more information about the "Speakers Bureau". The Toastmaster of the evening and the Sergeant of Arms are responsible for arranging the tables suitably for the meeting.
