Summary |
|
Al Wheeler |
To the Drawing Board |
Rob Koenig |
Al described the joys of drawing, and the positive feedback that you can get for your efforts. He compared drawing to speaking in the sense that both are methods of expression that let people know your outlook. |
|
Dan Abraham |
Good Leadership through Communication |
John Keeton |
Dan spoke about the importance of leadership and the skills necessary to be a leader. Important skills are setting goals, delegating, and communication skills. He urged us to take responsibility on our shoulders and to be a leader. |
|
Joe Bellil |
It’s not a Warm and Fuzzy Subject |
Filomena Didiano |
Joe gave us a compelling argument that a needle exchange program will reduce the spread of HIV as HIV can last for days on a dirty needle. He noted that the number of people who are heroin addicts do not rise in areas that that have this program. |
