Summary

Bill Dussautl

A Short Mortgage Refinance Primer

Divya Verghese

C&L #10 - Bill explained the different types of mortgages available for homeowners.  A cash out refinance loan can be used for home improvement.  Or a debt consolidation loan can help you pay off the credit cards.  Bill told us to research banks to get the best interest rate instead of going to the banks that you deal with everyday.

John Capuano

Weekend Activities

Rosemary Chaput

C & L #2 - John said that a great weekend getaway is right here in New England.  It’s the East Bay Bike Path that goes from Riverside to Bristol, RI. It’s a 10 foot wide path with many attractions along the way, such as parks, restaurants, and the YMCA.

Marie Cutroni

Ice Breaker

Filomena Didiano

C&L #1 - Marie told us of her parents having to escape the Nazis and go to the United States with little resources.  Marie went to a challenging boarding school which she hated, but going to Guatemala taught her self-sufficiency and the value of helping others.
