1.       Please make every effort to notify the Toastmaster of the evening well in advance if you are unable to fulfill your assigned role - it’s common courtesy and a sign of a Competent Toastmaster.

2.       Please note: Six Mentors are available for members to meet with: Robert Koenig, Joe Mewhiney, Dan Abraham, John Keeton, Paul Anderson, and Peter Hoag.

3.       Cost of the room coverage: must meet the $5 minimum dinner purchase to maintain the room availability. The Sergeant-At-Arms must collect $5 from any member that does not. (This does not apply to any guest.) Proper dress is business casual

4.       Taping of the speeches: Remember to bring a blank VHS tape, if you want to record and review your performance of your prepared speech. Mark LaPete will transfer the taped prepared speeches to VHS at the presenters' request.

5.       Speaking engagements: Speaker's Bureau, contact: Dan Abraham at 508-757-3855.  Please give Dan Abraham a hard copy of the title and or summary of the 
	speech (es) that you are willing to submit to the speakers’ bureau.
 
6.       Please access the membership list online when you are able and check your contact info. This information is available for Toastmasters' business

Old Business:

Ø      Bulletin Editor and Secretary volunteers needed immediately.
Ø      Dan Abraham reminded the members that the Speakers Bureau needs speakers.
Ø      Fred Nathan volunteered to call all the people that are scheduled for a role on behalf of the Toastmaster each week.

 

New Business:

Ø      Rob Koenig motioned that the club get a TV/VCR combo somehow. The attending members voted to not.
Ø      Fred Nathan motioned to have an impromptu speech contest. The attending members voted in favor of the idea. Contest committee: Carl Lakes, Frank Lederer, 
	and Fred Nathan.
