1.
Please make every effort to notify the
Toastmaster
of the evening well in advance if you
are unable to fulfill your assigned role - its common courtesy and a sign of a
Competent Toastmaster.
2.
Please
note: Five
Mentors are available for members to meet with: Robert Koenig, Joe Mewhiney,
Dan Abraham, John Keeton and Peter Hoag.
3.
Cost of the room coverage: must meet the $5
minimum dinner purchase to maintain the room availability. The Sergeant-At-Arms
must collect $5 from any member that does not. (This does not apply to any
guest.) Proper dress is business casual
4.
Taping of the speeches: Remember to bring a
blank VHS tape, if you want to record and review your performance of your
prepared speech. Robert Koenig will transfer the taped prepared speeches to VHS
at the presenters' request.
5. Speaking engagements: Speaker's Bureau, contact: Dan Abraham at 508-757-3855. Please give Dan Abraham a hard copy of the title and or summary of the speech(es) that you are willing to submit to the speakers’ bureau.
